YOUR HALF DAY AT RAINBOW CAREERS
You will rst complete a number of tests in order to assess your language and technical skills. This includes spoken and written languages (English, French, Dutch, German, etc.), your typing speeds and your knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. The objective of the tests is not to pass or fail you, but to determine the level of your skills set and your suitability for the dierent vacancies we are trying to ll. You will then have an in-depth interview with a consultant who will analyse your situation, identify your needs and discuss preferences and expectations with you.

WHAT NEXT?
Your consultant will prepare a comprehensive le which includes your test results, your CV and a report describing your personal and professional background, your professional aspirations and a general recommendation.
Your le will be sent to our clients as a condential e-mail attachment. Your consultant, and the rest of the Rainbow team, will then guide you throughout the recruitment process, contacting you for interviews, sending job descriptions, passing on feedback and, in general, supporting you until you nd a suitable job.
Your le is active with us until you nd employment and can easily be reactivated if you are looking for a new job again in the future.
The few hours you will have spent at our oce will represent a long-term investment for your future career. Our service is free of charge for candidates."
